This is a Thai restaurant and is also along the same road the the Packhorse and the Pack Saddle. It is in Cane End and can be found on this map.The car park is huge, as is the playground and equipment.

The Lamb, Wantage

This pub is next to the mill in Wantage, just off the main shopping square. It has a big car park and a seating area outside which you access via the pub. You can find the pub here.

The garden itself is quite small but the equipment is probably enough entertainment for one drink. 

Horse and Harrow, West Hagbourne

A lovely big garden for your children to play in, two trampolines, a swing and a slide. Lovely outdoor garden furniture on decking so you can keep and eye on your children. 

Lots of parking, really easy to access and full of friendly locals.

The Old Swan and Minster Mill

This is probably the nicest little 'pub' in the whole of Oxfordshire. Actually it isn't a pub - it's a five star hotel set in what used to be a pub. It is gorgeous. The gardens are beautiful. The bar and restaurant area are immaculate and everywhere you look there's something interesting. There's what looks like a well in the restaurant area, covered over with glass, the garden isn't just well kept, it is manicured, and every space in the restaurant is presented as well as it could possibly be.

We didn't eat here, we just stopped by for a drink after a long afternoon at the Leys park in Witney and before we went to Lovell house. We ended up staying an hour as the children were refusing to leave because the playground was so good.

The Fox Inn, Denchworth

This is a really lovely pub, inside and out. The garden is kept really nice and the restaurant and bar areas are very smart. 

Denchworth is a tiny village and so the pub isn't difficult to find. You can find it here, on this map.

The Three Horseshoes, Benson

The playground here is getting a refit, so the pictures below are not representative of what the garden will ultimately look like.

The Red Lion, Rotherfield Peppard

The Red Lion is practically opposite Daisy's and you can find it on the map here. 

The playground has just been redone. It is very tidy and an obvious pride is taken in presentation. 

Unlike many pubs The Red Lion has a huge car park. 

Daisy's Coffee Shop, Peppard Common

Why am I including a coffee shop without a playground in a blog about pubs with playgrounds? Well, Daisy's does sell alcohol, it is very family friendly and there is an indoor soft play area planned for the barn attaching the shop. The building also used to be a pub - The Dog.

The service here is excellent, as is the food. 

Daisy's does a carvery, so a great place to go for a Sunday dinner.
